Kettle Bell

A kettle bell workout burns approximately 20 calories per minute. It is a form of a gym workout, and dance, supposed to be done with a kettle bell in your hand all the time. This workout gets your heart pumping fast and thus burning down calories. It targets core areas, arms, legs, glutes, and back.

We conduct basic as well as high level of kettlebell workout for beginners and also fitness enthusiasts.
